With nearly three decades of experience as a chartered accountant, including 14 impactful years as a director at PwC, Peta-Lynn has mastered the intricacies of financial management, auditing, and strategic business planning. Her expertise have guided multinational entities and privately owned companies alike.
In a bold pivot, Peta-Lynn, alongside her husband Chad, ventured into the tourism industry by investing in The Safari Guys—a travel company known for crafting personalised experiences across Southern Africa. This decision, made during the challenging times of global lockdowns, highlights her courage and forward-thinking approach.
Travel is a family passion for the Popes. Along with their children, Jared and Hailey, they have explored the diverse landscapes of Southern Africa and beyond, each journey fuelling their love for discovery and adventure. Now spearheading the financial operations of their family business, which spans property ownership, incubating startups, and travel, Peta-Lynn leverages her extensive skill set to drive growth and international expansion.
