IWEC Foundation Proud to Announce the 2022 Awardee from South Africa, Elvira Riccardi

Congratulations to Platinum VII Chapter member, Elvira Riccardi, who is the 2022 IWEC Foundation Awardee from South Africa. Elvira will all be attending the 2022 IWEC Foundation's 15th Annual Conference in Madrid Spain from 13-15 November 2022 to accept her award along with other successful women from around the globe.

Elvira founded Afrizan Personnel in 2001 and is the Group CEO of Persaf Holdings (PTY) Ltd. The Group has grown from humble beginnings with a staff compliment of just 4 to over 900 people and comprises of Afrizan People Intelligence, the Afrizan Academy, Ryzan and Omnetrix.

She is fluent in three languages and her personal passions include family, education, unemployed youth, property development, and most recently Show Jumping Horses. Elvira’s strengths and skills lie in her ability to build agile businesses, be highly innovative and drive performance. She believes wholeheartedly in quality being the primary ingredient for success.
